There are numerous ways to train and work the cardiovascular side of your programme. Ranging from jogging and running, to quick, forced sets with light weights with little break time, to a good powerwalk down a London street or around a London park. We will join you and create for you a fun-filled, non-boring cardiovascular programme.

Inspiration is the key to keeping your head up during a cardio programme and we will never let you get bored! We’ll talk, we’ll joke, we’ll urge you on… whether it be on the rowing machine or the treadmill or the dirt track in Regents Park.
