Ben - Personal TrainerBen has been working in the fitness industry since 2000, after graduating from University with an honours degree in Sports Science. He enjoys using this advanced knowledge to help all his clients reach their full potential. Ben sees Personal Training as teamwork, and will work with his clients (not just next to them!) to help them develop the most fun and effective route towards their health and fitness goals. Ben has worked with all types of clients ranging from professional athletes to complete novices, and it is his ability to tailor his approach that helps get the most from all those that work with him. Ben's enthusiasm is contagious and his dynamism has led to his first fitness DVD being recorded, due to hit the shelves on Boxing day, just in time for those New Year Resolutions!

Donna - Personal TrainerDonna is one of our most experienced trainers. Having led a life in the fashion industry for many years as both a model and designer, she felt the high-flying lifestyle was taking a toll on her mental and physical well-being. Donna went on to get fully qualified as a personal trainer and now boasts clients ranging from pre and post natal women to people training for a half marathon. She now uses her life experiences to keep clients from losing perspective and to help find that balance between work and time off for needed relaxation.

Donna emphasises the mental strategy and the philosophy behind fitness. She looks at bringing out the best in you through finding your inner incentives and drive to make a better you through health and fitness. Currently a mother of two and studying for a further sports science degree, Donna is one of our busiest and most in-demand trainers.
