Arianna leads many classes in top private gyms throughout Central London and has extensive experience with all facets of personal training including pre- and post-natal workouts and exercise.

Drew - Personal TrainerDrew has been involved in working with clients in a variety of situations, be it athletic improvement or chronic disease. He has helped clients ranging from professional athletes to elderly diabetics which stems from his personal passion and study of both nutritional science and exercise physiology. After graduating with a BSc in Biochemistry I started to get more and more involved in weight training and martial arts, and, finally, undertook a Masters degree in nutrition in Sydney. Drew is also an ACSM Certified Health and Fitness Instructor. She started out as a choreographer of Latin, Jazz and Ballet but then moved into the fitness business in 2000. Suzanne - Personal TrainerSuzanne has a First from Cambridge University in Physiology (specifically Human Cardiovascular Physiology) and is a fully qualified Personal Trainer. She's been training people to achieve their own health and fitness goals since university days when she captained Cambridge Cross County running team and represented the university at both Athletics and Cross Country.

Her experience ranges from training beginners to participate in 10k charity running events, to changing the weight and power training regimes of more experienced clients. She is also a Boxercise and Circuits instructor. Her background means that she can cater to a wide variety of needs and levels of experience and welcomes clients from beginners to highly experienced and trained individuals who want to improve their performance. She favours a holistic approach and believes that keeping our bodies in balance goes a long way to keeping all aspects of our life and health under control.

Tim - Personal TrainerTim has been in the fitness industry for over 6 years and has specialised in kettle bell training along with his training in Muay Thai, a martial art. With over 3 years now of working outside the gym environment, Tim is finding that circuit training creating different courses and paths through local parks is by far the greatest method for weight loss, competing with the spinning classes he teaches – however without the sweat and smell of an overcrowded gym. He does prefer to be outside with his clients. On the resistance side he started training with weights as a schoolboy to improve his rugby and have been using dumbells and barbells along with various machines ever since. He has moved to work muscle groups in more compound movements and his approach to strength training now treats the body as one functional unit. He works his clients with all of the following: resistance bands, barbells, dumbells, medicine balls, bodyweight and manual resistance when improving clients strength. But his love for kettle bells shines through – although kettle bells are not for all his clients, he does use them in various ways in many workouts!

His South African roots keep him firmly rooted in sport and a keen personal trainer. Having gained his experience at Virgin Active Gyms, Tyron has worked well with his clients in the home fitness arena. He is a highly motivated and professional personal trainer and sports coach and loves surfing when he is not working with his many clients. He loves to create a challenging workout for each session with his client and looks to improve their overall health as well as their lifestyle.
