With her degree gained in 2006 in Sports Therapy, Debra has focussed on communication and inspiration within the fitness industry and community. She has, more recently, worked with children and believes that fit children are healthier, more active and more attentive. Debra's belief is that organisation and effective communication works wonders for achieving your goals in health and fitness, and she organises sports holidays for children from 5 to 15 years of age regularly through her work with Sportacular. Debra also worked with tams at the University of Teesside, her alma mater, and worked with the Women's Hockey team as their fitness coach, specialising in injury management and recuperation, and designing fitness sessions with sport specific fitness training. She has also given her time to the Great North Run Charity on behalf of Child Line. She gives so much back to the community and her clients receive first rate instruction and care.

From childhood Greg was introduced to various martial arts and disciplined fitness routines, which he has both enjoyed and, yet, also used to push himself to work mentally and physically harder than your average personal trainer and athlete. Greg, having returned from an around the world journey, is back in East London and Essex and is continuing his passion for fitness using boxing and martial arts as a core method within the fitness industry. He really enjoys seeing his clients reaching their goals, while at the same time having fun and gaining knowledge in a new form or technique. His global travels and experience have has added to his knowledge as a personal trainer, observing how different cultures use exercise and martial arts to maintain health. Greg feels that this additional knowledge has accelerated his through their one-to-one training sessions. "I want to re-create your ability to change your personal performance and feel great."

Joggy certainly keeps herself busy. Having worked in the industry since 1998, those ten years of experience have seen Joggy competing in amateur bodybuilding contests through to qualifying for marketing and finance for the fitness industry. She is a true professional in every way. Her easy-going attitude allows her to work closely with the client and she has done fun 10k runs with her clients for charity while at the same time completely changing their physique and body composition. Her strengths are that she combines several methods and disciplines, from OCR Pilates to Boxercise to having certification with Swiss Ball training, Exercise To Music, and Circuit training for all ages. Joggy is always aspiring to broaden her knowledge base and will inspire anyone she comes in contact with. In her spare time she works on her allotment plot out in Essex!

Tony hails from Essex, but "please don't hold that against him," he says. A fully qualified Reps 3 Level personal trainer, Tony thrives on making that added difference to anyone's personal fitness regime. He is just going through advanced training on kettlebells and weight machine training, but thinks that the Swiss Ball is one of the most overlooked pieces of equipment saying "It's one of the greatest inventions for personal trainers!" Tony's clients range from beginners and mothers to full-fledged bodybuilders. He himself gets away from it all in his own workouts at the famed bodybuilding gym "The Works" in Bethnal Green.
